TRANSFIX Changeable Message Signs
The new generation of POLIFORCE Changeable Message Signs is TRANSFIX™ CMS800, with Flexible Stealth Screen™. It displays preprogrammed texts, lightbar functions, and traffic advisor chevrons on a transparent LED screen, mounted to a patrol vehicle's rear deck/window area. The latest version can be slightly curved to conform to the arch and tilt of the rear window of a patrol vehicle. The messages are selected from the vehicle’s on-board computer via touchscreen or point & click to visually communicate with drivers of approaching vehicles about the road or area conditions ahead, without blocking the rearview mirror. The voice assistant searches the messages for selection. A second menu can be tailor-made to include the most used messages for even faster selection. The animated light patterns function as a lightbar, with steady or strobing lights in amber, blue, and red. The traffic advisor displays directional chevrons in amber. The entire panel can be lit with white LEDs to act as a floodlight.

About 550 messages and 20 light patterns are included to warn and advise approaching motorists, so that they can take early appropriate action, if needed. Messages such as DON’T TEXT & DRIVE, DON’T DRINK & DRIVE, BUCKLED UP?, etc., can be constantly shown to promote safety. Included text messages can be combined to create more options. Your own message can be typed in for immediate display. Additional text and light patterns can be added according to your requirements. Display of messages can also be done in a 2nd language, such as Spanish. Other features include:

TRANSFIX Portable Changeable Message Sign
These battery-operated Changeable Message Signs can be placed on a tripod or on the ground to display messages in one or two lines and advise the public on the area conditions. Available text colors are amber and red. The housing is weather-resistant powder-coated steel. The software is controlled by an Android or Apple mobile phone, and supports multiple languages.
