The 5X optical zoom camera provides images to the drone's handheld controller, for live video link over up to 600 yards/meters away. Image quality is 16 Megapixels, taken at 60 frames per second.
Flight details, such as altitude, speed and time parameters, as well as battery status are displayed on a tablet or smartphone (not included). The radio controller includes joysticks and buttons to maneuver the drone and tilt the camera. Just one button triggers a return to base, and another button lands. An optional range extender increases the drone's operation to over 1,000 yards/meters.
The battery is 14.8V, 6,750 mAH (10,000 mAH optional) and provides a maximum operation time of approximately 30 minutes on a single charge. The battery can be quickly changed for immediate redeployment.
